Client Service Specialist We are seeking a detail-oriented and client-focused Client Service Specialist to join our growing team! As a Client Service Specialist you will be the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring their needs are met with professionalism, efficiency, and a strong understanding of insurance products and services. Duties and Responsibilities: • Serve as the first point of contact for client inquiries via phone, email, or in person. • Respond to inbound calls for new sales and post-sales service • Follow up with warm leads and provide email /chat support. • Perform administrative tasks, including proofreading, research, and mailing. • Handle miscellaneous tasks related to insurance agency operations. • Undertake other assigned projects to contribute to team success. • Maintain and update client records in agency management systems. • Contribute to continuous process improvements in client service delivery. Qualifications: • High school diploma or equivalent required. • Minimum of 1 year of experience in a customer service role, preferably in the insurance industry. • Insurance license: Active Life Accident & Health • Strong knowledge of insurance products, policies, and terminology. • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills. • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and agency management software (e.g., Applied Epic, AMS360) preferred. • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively in a dynamic environment. • High attention to detail and commitment to accuracy. • Bilingual (Spanish & English) preferred. In this role, the ideal candidate will answer incoming call center phone calls in a timely and professional manner, supporting the workgroup with accurate, organized and timely system monitoring, documentation, communication, and management of electronic files.
