Your Responsibilities: As our Flower Merchandiser, you will be the face of Falcon Farms in each store and collaborate directly with our clients. You will have the opportunity to work independently while collaborating with local teams to create unforgettable displays and optimize inventory. • Daily Commitment: • Ensure flower displays are immaculate and attractive. • Restock, organize, and monitor flower inventory. • Use your mobile device to communicate with your supervisor and report activities. • Interact professionally and friendly with employees, managers, and customers. • Support During Festive Seasons: • During key dates such as Valentine's Day, Mother's Day, and Christmas, we will need you to ensure each store is prepared for the festive demand. • Department Resets: • Participate in setting up new displays and inventory adjustments when necessary. • Teamwork: • While you will work independently, you will support your teammates with special activities when needed. Physical Requirements: This position requires energy and willingness to perform physical tasks: • Ability to lift and move boxes weighing up to 40 pounds frequently. • Ability to bend, stretch, and lift products above your shoulders. • Walk and stand for most of the shift. Basic Requirements: • Must be at least 18 years old. • Ability to read, write, and understand instructions in English. • Reliable transportation to reach assigned locations. • Internet access and a smartphone. • Availability to work during peak season (November to May). Position Overview We are seeking an experienced Advanced Registered Nurse Practitioner to join a patient-centered, community-based healthcare organization committed to team-based care. This role operates within the Patient Centered Medical Home model and collaborates closely with physicians, ARNPs, PAs, and nursing staff to deliver high-quality, comprehensive care across a diverse patient population. Job Description The Asset Protection Specialist is primarily responsible for preventing financial loss caused by theft and fraud and supporting safety and environmental program compliance in their assigned store/multiple stores. They utilize tools to minimize loss to the Company, including but not limited to identifying incidents of theft and fraud, reviewing CCTV and exception reports, monitoring the store's physical security, auditing the Electronic Article Surveillance and driving a shrink elimination culture in the store. Other responsibilities include: preparing accurate and detailed case reports documenting your apprehensions and recoveries, preserving evidence, interacting with law enforcement and testifying in criminal and civil court actions. The Asset Protection Specialist must report any hazardous or unsafe condition to the Manager on Duty and carry out job responsibilities in a manner that minimizes the risk of injury to themselves, other associates, vendors, customers, and the Company.
