Job Description: MMR is seeking Project Engineer candidates to manage project engineering workflows including RFIs, submittals, document control, design clarifications, material procurement support, scope tracking, installation work packages, reporting, and coordination with construction and quality teams. The responsibilities would include, but not limited to, the following: • Manage RFIs, submittals, and design clarifications. • Maintain document control and tracking logs. • Support procurement and material expediting. • Coordinate drawing revisions and engineering communications. • Track scope changes and assist with change documentation. • Support turnover and closeout documentation. • Build and maintain installation work packages. • Coordinate with construction, quality, and safety departments to generate weekly and monthly reports consisting of project status and financials. • Ensure Field Engineers perform installation audits and tracking updates for accurate client reporting. • Assist Superintendents, Procurement, and Logistics team with bill of material for installation work packages. • Assist Assistant Project Managers with design revisions and change management process. • Perform other related duties as assigned by supervisor and upper management. Required Skills and Qualifications: • BS in Construction Management or related field • Experience in electrical and instrumentation construction preferred • Experience in industrial construction is preferred • Must have knowledge in estimating, scheduling, and purchasing • Ability to read and understand electrical drawing packages and specifications • Working knowledge of MS Office software • Experience with Primavera P6 preferred • Ability to read and understand a CPM schedule and identify critical paths • Ability to work independently, prioritize, organize, problem solve, and exercise good judgement with minimal supervision • Strong organizational and interpersonal skills • Able to work effectively under time pressure and/or deadline • Excellent verbal and written communication skills • Willingness to work flexible, varying hours, including evenings and weekends as needed • Regular and reliable attendance at work MMR Group, Inc. and its affiliated companies ("MMR") is an Equal Opportunity Employer and does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, national origin, religion, sex, age, veteran status, genetic information or any other legally protected class.

Healthcare Construction Superintendent

The Healthcare Superintendent is responsible to support the General or Senior Superintendent in overseeing one or more operational areas of a construction project. This position may coordinate and schedule multiple construction crews, determines construction requirements, plans procedures, and ensures subcontract work meets required specifications. The position will also participate in the inspection of work and equipment to verify safety and ensure project operations specifications are met. In this role you may be required to travel up to 100% of the time. Responsibilities: • Coordinate and manage daily field operational objectives, timelines, and goals. • Monitor the overall progress of a project and work site, review processes and practices within teams to ensure consistency, efficiency, and quality of delivery. • Participate in the monitoring of the project schedule and budget and work with Senior Superintendents to maintain and update. Coordinate with the subcontractor's office for recovery plans where necessary, meet regularly with staff and subcontractors to discuss progress, obstacles, challenges and assist in removing barriers to completing work. • Read construction documents to determine construction requirements or to plan procedures. • Record and maintain information and produce reports such as personnel, production, project logs, status, and other operational data. • Manage the safety of a job site by actively walking the site, participating in inspections, training and meeting with staff and subcontractors regularly. Requirements: • High School Diploma, GED or equivalent • 5-7 years in a construction management role with 1-3 years healthcare construction experience and 1 project as a Superintendent • Knowledge of scheduling, cost control and safety procedures • Knowledge of all crafts of construction including, but not limited to carpentry, concrete, structural steel, and interior build-outs • Experience managing performance and leading a diverse field team • General Computer skills (MS Office) • Valid Driver's License Required Physical Demands and Working Environment: The conditions herein are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job. Purpose of Position: The Customer Service Representative I handles calls from customers to resolve, educate, follow-up and respond to questions regarding California Choice/Choice Builder plan administration and procedures groups, members, brokers and general agencies. Essential Functions: • Understanding of company policies and procedures as they apply to California Choice/Choice Builder plans. • Answers questions by telephone from groups regarding new hires, billings, rates, supplies, administrative procedures, etc. • Educates, via telephone, employees/dependents regarding PCP's, ID cards, RX problems, administrative procedures, dependent coverage, address changes, etc. • Follows-up on calls and emails from brokers regarding problems that their groups are experiencing with providers. • Ability to interact with brokers, general agents and sales representatives on a daily basis and must be able to answer questions regarding California Choice processes. • Responds to calls from providers to confirm eligibility and benefits. • Verifies enrollments and resolves issues with carriers. • Expedites processing of members enrollment with carrier if urgent services are needed. • Review and submit appeal requests from groups. • Review /Audit group billing and explain to clients in clear and accurate manner. • Document calls in call tracking system. • Departmental standard requires each Customer Service Representative to provide Service of Unequalled Excellence to all callers by maintaining an average of 90% or greater on Call Reviews. • Answer at least 100% of the daily call volume average. • Provide clear and explicit documentation while maintaining percentage at a level of 90% or higher daily. • Make busy time of 20 minutes or less per day. • Meet department standards for quality and quantity of work. • Meet department and team standards for turnaround times. • Adhere to all HIPAA (Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act) and PHI (Personal Health Information) guidelines. • On-site regular attendance and punctuality are essential functions of the job. • Performs other business tasks or functions as assigned. Knowledge, Skills & Abilities Required: • At least two (2) years of customer service experience preferred. • Knowledge of the health insurance industry and customer service experience preferred. • Ability to handle irate customers in a courteous, patient, calm and positive manner while maintaining a high quality and quantity of work. • Experience in handling high call volume. • CA Life & Health license required. If successful applicant does not have insurance license, it is required to obtain one within six (6) months of date of hire. • Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills, especially under pressure. • Must be computer literate in Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook. Accurate data entry skills a must. Typing at 55 WPM or more. • Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment where deadlines are a priority and handling multiple assignments simultaneously. • Problem Solving Skills required. • Must have a proficient knowledge of the English language. • Proficient knowledge of the Spanish language is a plus. If hired as a Bilingual representative, Language Assistance Certification is required every two (2) years.
