Customer Service Representative The Customer Service Representative will provide exceptional customer support to both internal and external clients by leveraging an in-depth understanding of the organization's products and services. This role requires strong collaboration with the Customer Service Manager and the Production team to ensure efficient communication and smooth operations. Responsibilities • Communicate with customers regularly for updates on in-progress jobs via phone or email. • Resolve customer inquiries related to jobs and quotes promptly. • Manage customer quote approvals, re-quoting as necessary, ensuring client satisfaction. • Coordinate with production, shipping, warehouse, and common carriers to expedite or trace missing or delayed shipments. • Ensure quotes are processed efficiently and within defined timeframes. Essential Skills • Collaborate effectively with other departments and individuals within the organization. • Demonstrate strong computer skills, including proficiency in ERP systems (Quantum/Component Control) and Microsoft Office. • Ability to read, write, and follow verbal instructions in English, with basic math skills. • Build and maintain lasting relationships with customers, ensuring repeat business. • Exhibit excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills. • Possess knowledge of the aviation industry and airline Maintenance, Repair, and Overhaul (MRO) processes. Additional Skills & Qualifications • Knowledge of general office clerical procedures. • Ability to regularly exercise sound judgment in decision-making. • High school diploma required; a college degree in a business-related field is preferred. The Driver/Warehouse Associate is responsible for the inventory of the warehouse and daily delivery of HVAC freight and materials. The ultimate goal of this role is to procure, process, dispatch, and deliver/transport products to customers and vendors for one of our established wholesale HVAC distributorships. Duties and Responsibilities • Daily loading and unloading of products. • Assist with delivering and transporting HVAC freight and materials to customers. • Receive, inspect and stock all merchandise. • Verify all items received to items ordered for accuracy. • Pick and verify orders for customers and prepare orders for shipment as needed. • Collect invoices with proper signatures and return to Sales Center Manager. • Responsible for daily checklist of truck and forklift maintenance and reporting in/out times with merchandise returns. • Appropriate use and maintenance of OF device. • Assist with physical inventory and inventory control. • Read customer orders, work orders, shipping orders and/or requisitions to determine items to be moved, gathered, distributed, or shipped. • Provide excellent customer service to external customers. • Ensure grounds and warehouse are kept neat, orderly, and safe for employees and customer traffic. • Adhere to all safety requirements relevant to one's regular job duties. • Wear appropriate PPE. • Perform other duties as assigned.
