Position Overview The Delivery Driver is responsible for transporting product to customer locations within a 250-mile radius of the Richardson, TX facility. This position requires compliance with all applicable DOT regulations, as well as state, federal, and local transportation laws. The role involves physical assistance with unloading as needed, maintaining vehicle documentation, and coordinating routes with the Logistics Coordinator. What you'll do * Operation of commercial 40ft Gooseneck Trailers via new model Dodge Ram 3500 Trucks * Communication with Company Dealers prior to delivery time and updating delivery times during route * Navigation throughout the assigned Delivery Zone * Optimizing Delivery BOL and Stop schedule based on experience * Heavy lifting of product at times 60lbs+, helping dealers to unload shipments * Being away from home on average, 4 nights per week (Hotel stay paid by Universal Screens, no sleeping in trucks) * Vehicle documentation and coordination with maintenance provider to keep vehicles operational * All other duties as assigned Who you are * High school diploma or GED preferred. * Must possess a valid Commercial Driver's License (CDL). * Valid Driver's License * Clean Driving Record * 3 Year Driving Record * Gooseneck Trailer Experience * Background And Drug Test * Ability to lift 60lbs+ * Able to Travel 4-5 Days (Out of Town) Per Week What's in it for you? * Annual base salary range: $25/hr hourly. * Generous benefits package including medical, dental, vision, life, disability * A company culture that prioritizes internal development and professional growth * Time off with pay * 401(k) plan with a degree of employer matching * Paid parental leave * Wellness programs and product discounts Please note, all offers presented to candidates are carefully crafted to ensure market competitiveness, equity, and reflect the individual candidate's education, experience, skills and potential. This includes both manual entry and exporting orders via EDI, assuring inventory availability, communicating with the Sales Team on modifications or delays, confirming all customer requirements are met, and assuring orders are sent to the appropriate warehouse for timely shipment.This role partners closely with Sales, Logistics, and Supply Chain to maximize order fulfillment as written and ensure a high level of customer service.Key ResponsibilitiesOrder Processing & ManagementProcess all inbound EDI orders daily, including verifying item, price, and terms accuracy.Manually enter orders received via email, MarketTime, or other retailer portals, while verifying item, price, and terms accuracy.Communicate with applicable Sales Representatives to correct order or item discrepancies.Process credit card payments for orders as needed.Verify item availability for shipment and communicate any shortages or inventory issues to the applicable Sales Representative.Assure timely delivery of orders to warehouses while meeting customer-specific freight collect routing guidelines and shipment deadlines.Confirm order confirmations and routing details in customer portals where applicable.Monitor open orders to identify warehouse issues or delays preventing shipment.Update order dates and details as needed to ensure accurate order reporting.Update and distribute internal Open Order and Received Order reports.Customer & Warehouse CoordinationGenerate order labels for Canadian shipments where applicable.Request workflow orders to the warehouse for additional customer requirements, including price stickers, special carton labels, or other shipment markings.Ensure all customer requirements are communicated and completed prior to shipment.Reporting & Process SupportMaintain and update customer-specific EDI translation tables to ensure orders process accurately and without delays.Prepare and analyze ad hoc internal order reporting as needed.RequirementsBachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.Experience in order processing from entry through shipment.Above-average Excel skills preferred.Experience working with retail customers and/or supply chain processes.Strong problem-solving skills.Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.Effective communication and collaboration skills.Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.Benefits401(k) with company matchingHealth, dental, and vision insurance to keep you coveredLife insuranceFlexible spending and health savings accounts to manage your healthcare costsPaid time off to recharge when you need itJoin a fun, dynamic and creative industry—working with toys and games brings its own rewards#J-18808-Ljbffr
