Casual employees work on an 'as needed' basis to meet the needs of the business. Workdays/hours will often vary from week to week. Responsible for preparing and delivering patient and guest trays to patient rooms, as well as assisting in the dish room as needed. Responsibilities: Essential Functions 1. Prepares assembly area for room service tray production by conducting pre-service quality checks and maintaining the cleanliness of the assembly area to ensure the area is ready for the preparation of patient and guest trays. 2. Maintains adequate level of food and supplies for appropriate service by ensuring par levels in food service area and nourishment centers are met and maintained. 3. Assembles and delivers patient food trays to the patient's room by following Room Service guidelines to ensure all orders are accurate and delivered in a pre-established time guideline. 4. Assists with the production and preparation of food items to ensure Room Service orders are prepared and delivered in a timely manner. 5. Interacts and helps support patients, families, hospital staff, and Food Service team with Room Service orders and/or questions on a daily basis in a welcoming and professional manner to ensure excellent customer service is met and maintained. 6. Assists patients with pre-meal service, including removing lids and opening packets, by following Room Service guidelines to ensure patients are satisfied and needs are met. 7. Retrieves Room Service tray carts from designated areas and assists with the cleaning of Room Service trays to ensure continuity of service. 8. Follows proper food handling procedures and complies with quality performance standards to ensure a safe and sanitary environment. Job Summary Responsible for performing varied cashier, check cashing, Caesars Rewards, and AML functions in an upbeat, pleasant, efficient, and honest manner. Also, responsible for security of all funds entrusted during shift. How You Will Create the Extraordinary • Distributes monies accurately to guests via check cashing, cash advances, conversion of coins, exchange foreign currency, and gaming chips into currency for gaming guests. • Understand AML and accurately log all transactions that meet AML requirements. • Accurately processes Fast Cash ticket redemptions. • Communicates and executes components of Caesars Rewards program (Caesars Entertainment loyalty program) to existing and new customers. • Reviews player rating screens and issues complimentaries in accordance with established policies and procedures. • Ensures customer contact is upbeat, positive, informative, and thorough. • Replaces lost cards for our guests. • Accurately completes all cashier paperwork. • Knowledgeable of paid in/out policies and procedures. • Adheres to departmental, company, regulator, and internal control policies. • Performs all other related and compatible duties as assigned.
