Join Our Caring Community The Medical Assistant is the first contact for patient care. Responsible for administrative tasks in addition to patient care. The Medical Assistant performs advanced administrative, operational, customer support responsibilities that require independent initiative and judgment. The Medical Assistant performs clinical tasks such as discussing symptoms and obtaining vital signs. The Medical Assistant also administers medications and vaccines, performs phlebotomy, and collects specimens. Additionally, the Medical Assistant performs diagnostic screening tests, sterilizes and cleans equipment, and maintains examination rooms. Furthermore, the Medical Assistant documents information into the electronic medical records system. Collaborate with Physicians and Advanced Practice Providers. Deliver direct patient care dependent on what active certification allows. Decisions typically focus on methods and processes for completing administrative tasks/projects. Additionally, they interpret and adapt procedures, processes, and techniques. With previous experience and a broad, knowledge of administrative processes and organizational knowledge. The Medical Assistant has advanced knowledge, contributes to process improvement, delivers in-depth training, and provides advanced guidance/mentoring to other Medical Assistants. Delivery Services Driver The Driver, Delivery Services is responsible for the safe, timely, and accurate delivery of products while providing exceptional customer service. This position is responsible for demonstrating safety, quality, and operational expertise that upholds our brand standards. This position will identify incremental sales opportunities and proactively share information with account representatives to support sales growth. The ideal candidate is forward-thinking, customer focused, and skilled at both delivery execution and client relationships. Operate several electric lifts and manual pallet jacks to move materials around the warehouse. Primary Duties and Responsibilities Pick/Packing Orders (15%) Pick products on customer order pick list from slots in shipping area. (15%) Repackage or reassemble hardware products to fulfill customer orders. (5%) Assemble cartons and crates. May involve use of hand tools. (5%) Examine and inspect materials and products to ensure that packing specifications are met. Shipping Orders (20%) Manually or mechanically unload materials from 20 and 40 foot shipping containers when received. (10%) Operate electric-powered lifts and manual pallet jacks to transport materials within the warehouse while adhering to safety guidelines. (5%) Measure, weigh and count products and materials.
