Unarmed Security Guard Location: Southwestern Power Administration Headquarters, 6655 S. Lewis Avenue, Tulsa, OK Minimum Qualifications: • Must possess an active Oklahoma CLEET Unarmed Security Guard license. • Completion of Phases I and II CLEET training and associated examinations. • U.S. citizen, minimum 21 years of age. • High school diploma or equivalent; post-secondary education preferred. • Physically fit and able to perform prolonged standing, patrols, and emergency response duties. • CPR and AED certified (or willingness to obtain prior to assignment) Key Responsibilities: • Perform unarmed, uniformed guard duties including access control, roving patrols, and surveillance. • Operate the Genetec Physical Access Control System (PACS) and other monitoring systems. • Control visitor access, issue badges, verify identification, and escort guests when required. • Monitor alarms, fire panels, and building systems; promptly report anomalies. • Maintain detailed daily activity logs and incident reports. • Respond to and report all security incidents, hazards, or emergency events.

Internal Service Advisor Position Summary The Internal Service Advisor plays a vital role in supporting the dealership's service and sales operations by ensuring used vehicles are processed efficiently and prepared for frontline retail sales. This position is responsible for coordinating the repair process from initial inspection through completion while maintaining high standards of quality, communication, and customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities • Check in all used vehicles and perform the initial repair write-up. • Coordinate and monitor Pre-Delivery Inspections (PDIs) to ensure all manufacturer and dealership standards are met. • Obtain repair approvals and communicate with the appropriate departments to keep repairs moving efficiently. • Ensure vehicles are completed within established turnaround times and are retail-ready for frontline sales. • Manage and follow up on "We Owe" items, ensuring all promised work is completed accurately and on time. • Maintain consistent communication with the Service, Sales, and Parts departments to ensure seamless workflow. • Deliver exceptional customer service to both internal departments and retail clients. • Monitor repair progress, address delays proactively, and ensure all commitments are met. • Uphold dealership standards for quality, efficiency, and customer satisfaction throughout the repair process. Qualifications • Strong organizational and time management skills. • Excellent communication and customer service abilities. • Ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. • Experience in automotive service advising or dealership operations is preferred. • Working knowledge of dealership processes, repair orders, and vehicle reconditioning is a plus.
