What You'll Do • Coordinate daily routes and dispatch drivers to ensure timely service. • Support drivers in real-time with questions or service issues. • Resolve customer concerns such as missed pickups, misplaced containers, or property damage. • Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operations. • Use dispatch and routing software, along with Microsoft Word and Excel, to manage schedules and data. • Provide excellent customer service and promote goodwill with every interaction. • Handle high call volumes and identify opportunities to offer additional services. What You Bring to the Table • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. • Excellent communication skills in English (written and verbal). • 2+ years of experience in dispatching, logistics, or a related field preferred. • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Word and Excel). • Flexibility to work Monday-Friday, 6:00 AM - 6:00 PM, with occasional overtime. Job Title What Is A Retail Parts Pro? Professional level sales position capable of supporting advanced functions of the DIY business. The role has expert knowledge of store systems, advanced automotive system knowledge and part knowledge. This role has the ability for advanced identification, trouble shooting and project assistance for DIY customers. The role has the ability to source from numerous places including special order, FDO, second source, etc. The role has in-depth knowledge of the store inventory and maintenance processes. Position is full time.
