Job Title: Warehouse Associate Job Description We are seeking a detail-oriented and dependable Receiving Warehouse Associate to join our team. This position is responsible for receiving incoming shipments, accurately tracking inventory, and ensuring materials are properly documented and stored within the warehouse. The ideal candidate will be comfortable using computer systems to enter shipment data, maintain inventory records, and support overall warehouse operations. Responsibilities • Receive, inspect, and verify incoming shipments against packing slips and purchase orders. • Enter receipts, inventory transactions, and shipment information into the company's inventory management system. • Track inventory levels and maintain accurate records of materials, products, and warehouse stock. • Investigate and resolve discrepancies related to shipments, inventory counts, and receiving documentation. • Label, organize, and properly store incoming materials in designated warehouse locations. • Coordinate with purchasing, production, and warehouse teams to ensure materials are available when needed. • Utilize computer systems, scanners, and other technology to process inventory and shipment data. • Assist with cycle counts and physical inventory audits. • Operate a forklift and other material handling equipment when needed. • Load, unload, and move materials throughout the warehouse as required. • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment. • Follow all company safety policies, procedures, and PPE requirements. • Support shipping, warehouse, and inventory functions as business needs require. Serves as a resource for colleagues and patients. • Follows all safety, infection control, and universal precaution standards; maintains a clean and organized work area. • Deliver patient care through patient preparation, vital sign collection, and documentation.
