Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our dedicated team in our skilled nursing and long-term care facility, providing high-quality, person-centered care to residents in a safe, supportive environment. Key Responsibilities of LPNs in LTC and SNF ·Patient Care: provide essential care to residents, including monitoring vital signs, assisting with daily activities (such as bathing, dressing, and eating), and ensuring proper nutrition and hydration. ·Medication Administration: administer prescribed medications and treatments, ensuring that residents adhere to their medication schedules. ·Health Monitoring: regularly check on residents' health, observing any changes in their condition and reporting these to physicians. ·Collaboration: work closely with RNs, physicians, and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized care plans for residents. They also supervise Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) to ensure quality care delivery. ·Emotional Support: Provide emotional support to residents and their families. As a part of the team, you will: • Positions parts and subassemblies by reading blueprints and instructions. • Assembles components by examining connections for correct fit. • Operates hand and power tools to connect parts. • Performs tube installation and rolling operations. • Keeps equipment operational by completing preventive maintenance requirements; following manufacturer's instructions; troubleshooting malfunctions with Team Lead, Supervisor and/or Team Manager approval. • Provides needed material(s) to various workstations and/or locations. • Loads and unloads trucks, units and parts. • Reads blueprints or instructions for job specifications. • Operates cut saws, drill presses, and punch press, as needed to fabricate parts and subassemblies. • Keeps equipment operational by completing preventive maintenance requirements; following manufacturer's instructions; and troubleshooting malfunctions. • Use precision measuring devices to check quality of work. • Safely rigs structure and material for movement by overhead crane. • Responsible for maintaining a clean work area both during and at the end of each work shift. • All employees are expected to prioritize safety, regardless of role. What you know: You have a High School Diploma or GED, preferred and: • 1 year of professional experience related to manufacturing preferred • Basic math skills including the ability to read a tape measure and callipers required • Demonstrated ability to read blueprints preferred. • Experience using industrial machines preferred. • Forklift operation certification preferred. • Overhead crane experience preferred • Demonstrates proficiency in one or more of the following equipment: radial drills, fin tube machinery, large vertical band saw, presses, breaks and shears.
