About the role As a Brand Associate, you're an integral part of our team and bring our brand to life for our customers. You're responsible for engaging and connecting with our customers by providing excellent customer service resulting in brand loyalty. You're an expert in product and use your knowledge and experience to educate, inform, inspire and wardrobe the customer. Through collaboration with your leadership team, you'll deliver a best-in-class customer experience using an omni-channel approach. What you'll do • Consistently treat all customers and employees with respect and contribute to a positive work environment. • Promote loyalty by educating customers about our loyalty programs. • Seek out and engage with customers to drive sales and service using suggestive selling. • Enhance customer experience using all omnichannel offerings. • Be accountable to personal goals which contribute to overall store goals and results. • Support sales floor, fitting room, cash wrap, back of house, as required. • Maintain a neat, clean and organized work center. • Handle all customer interactions and potential issues returns courteously and professionally. • Execute operational processes effectively and efficiently. Essential Responsibilities: • Assemble parts according to Bill of Material, Bill of Operations, engineering drawings and any other related controlled documents. • Operates hydraulic and manual presses to assist in assembly operation. • Performs test procedures on assemblies as directed. • Required to maintain accurate and timely transactions in the ERP system. • Repairs and maintains mechanical equipment. • Be able to drive forklift truck, hand trucks or manually move parts as directed or required. • Complete kitting parts based on production schedule. • May be required to train other employees and help in other departments as directed. • Other essential duties and responsibilities may be assigned as required. • This position is also responsible for, with authority to follow ISO procedures, initiate action to prevent problems, document quality problems, contribute to problem solutions, verify implementation of solutions, control further processing when a problem is identified, protect the environment, including preventing pollution, analyzing or identifying areas for correction or improvement. Qualifications/Requirements: • High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or one to three years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. • Must be able to travel as required and /or directed.
