Inventory Control – ShackJob Definition: This role coordinates with Quality Assurance to ensure consistent quality production of all products. It is a fast‑paced position dedicated to inventory control. This position is responsible for issuing product to the appropriate production lines and ticketing finished product as it comes off the production floor. You must be able to calculate the weight needed, track the weight issued to orders, and move on to the next when there is enough product.Shift: Rotating shifts – availability required for day and evening shifts, overtime (as requested), some holidays and weekends.Starting Pay: $21.35 - $23.55 per hour D.O.E. Position Pay Range: $21.35 - $28.75Benefits: Permanent, fulltime position benefits include medical, dental, and vision on the first of the month following 60 days of employment. Upon qualifying through hours worked, eligible for paid vacation, 10 paid holidays per calendar year, jury duty, bereavement leave, 401k + matching, and Life Insurance.
