TJ Maxx is seeking Warehouse Associates / Stockers to assist with receiving shipments, organizing inventory, and stocking merchandise on the sales floor. Warehouse / Stocker Associates are responsible for unloading delivery trucks, sorting merchandise, tagging and pricing items, organizing backroom inventory, moving merchandise to the sales floor, stocking shelves and racks, setting up displays, and maintaining store organization and cleanliness. This position typically pays $14 to $18 per hour, with opportunities for overtime pay, overnight shift differential (where applicable), holiday pay, and performance-based raises depending on location and shift.Warehouse / Stocker Associates are responsible for unloading deliveries, sorting merchandise, scanning or tagging items, organizing inventory in the backroom, stocking shelves and racks, setting up promotional displays, assisting customers when needed, and maintaining a clean and organized stockroom and sales floor. Employees must follow company stocking procedures and safety guidelines while working in a fast-paced retail environment. Full-time and part-time employees may be eligible for benefits including health, dental, and vision insurance for eligible employees, 401(k), paid time off, employee discount programs, and opportunities for advancement into Backroom Coordinator, Key Carrier, or Assistant Manager roles.
