Warehouse Associate SHIFT: Monday - Friday 7AM- 3:30PM or Monday - Friday 9AM - 5:30PM JOB FUNCTION: The Warehouse Associate will perform a variety of routine shipping, receiving, and housekeeping tasks. This role also requires basic computer proficiency and experience using tablets on the warehouse floor for inventory management, order processing, and related tasks. JOB DUTIES • Shipping • Prepare orders for shipment in accordance with the pull ticket and customer requirements. • Check inventory to verify availability of needed stock. • Notify Supervisor of shortages. • Package and ship product in accordance with packaging guidelines and accepted method/practices • Maintain product stock in work area • Stock shelves • Monitor packaging material supplies and notify supervisor when materials to the restocking point. • Use tablets for order processing, inventory checks, and recording shipping activities. • Receiving • Receive and unload incoming material and compare information on packing slips with purchase orders to verify accuracy of shipment. • Sort, count, package, label, and unpack inventory that is received. • Responsible for accurately receiving, reporting, and distributing purchased items. • Stocking warehouse shelves. • May be required to operate tow motor. • Use tablets to log incoming shipments in the ERP system. KNOWLEDGE & SKILLS: • Effective communication/comprehension skills verbal and written • Math Skills Ability to add, subtract, multiply and divide in all units of measure. • Basic computer skills, including familiarity with tablets and warehouse management software • Physical requirements ability to bend, twist, stoop, reach, climb ladders, lift materials up to 50lbs. Delivery Services Driver The Driver, Delivery Services is responsible for the safe, timely, and accurate delivery of products while providing exceptional customer service. This position will identify incremental sales opportunities and proactively share information with account representatives to support sales growth. The ideal candidate is forward-thinking, customer focused, and skilled at both delivery execution and client relationships. Primary Responsibilities: • Ensure safe, efficient completion of daily delivery tasks, including, but not limited to, package scanning and delivery/pickup, collecting required proof of deliveries/pickups, and escalation of any barriers that prevent successful deliveries/pickups. Meet or exceed all safety and performance standards and display a clean professional appearance in the provided uniform and personal demeanor. • Complete and adhere to all Safety driving standards, including, but not limited to, vehicle inspections, driving behaviors, and any legal or regulatory requirements. • Load, unload and secure products, ensuring customers receive clean and damage free merchandise. • Contribute continuous improvement ideas and suggestions for improved delivery experience. • Actively pursue opportunities for sales enablement through lead generation and promoting sales offerings. Gross Vehicle Weight (GVW) and Hazmat Delivery. • Department of Transportation (DOT) qualification. • Technical Competencies & Information Systems: • Experience using POD or tablet device in the scanning of customer products and GPS routing. • Familiarity with scanners and GIS devices is preferred. • Skills & Abilities: • Ability to communicate both verbally and in writing, using the English language (English competency). • Basic product knowledge to enable the safe handling of goods. • Knowledge of operation of power/mobile equipment. • Geographical knowledge of the delivery service area. • Ability to transport single cartons up to 75 pounds as needed. • Ability to handle individual items up to 200 lbs. with the use of team lift and/or hand tools. • Ability to use manual and/or powered pallet jacks to transport pallets of products up to 2,500 pounds. • Ability to work in all types of weather due to various climate changes. • Repetitive lifting of paper, continuous climbing in and out of vehicle. • Ability to stand on foot for long periods of time, continuous walking including multiple flights of stairs. • Personal Attributes & Other/Preferred: • Demonstrate a commitment to safety, outstanding customer service, and positive communication. • Adherence to established Standard Operating Procedures. • Respect safety rules and policies.
