Position Summary Accurately picking and packing items as well as handling basic computer tasks such as scanning documents and printing shipping labels. Essential Duties and Responsibilities The essential functions include, but are not limited to the following: • Interacts with customers via telephone, email, online chat, or in person to provide support and information on products or services. • Fields customer questions and complaints; when the issue is beyond the representative's knowledge, forwards to other appropriate staff. • Picks and packs orders for shipment. • Handles complaints related to shipments; notifies supervisor of any shipping or receiving issues. • Performs other related duties as assigned. Minimum Qualifications (Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities) • Excellent communication skills including active listening. • Proficient computer skills with the ability to learn new software. • High school diploma or equivalent. • Customer service experience required.
